Late Chipmunk review

Some of you may or may not know that Chipmunk came to do his ting at barracuda last week. Now unfortunately i was not able to part-take in the event due to the fact that it was an under 18's rave, promotin the "stop shankin, start skankin tour". Therefore my younger brother went in my place.

My brother highly rated the event sayin it was very lively and chipmunk was hyped in every lyrical bar. Unfortunately i hav no actual photos of the even because aparently the youths we all jumping and moshing continueasly thoughout the whole night and there was not a single still photo.

He performed several songs from his knew album " league of my own" but before he could get to his most renowned single "who are you" a fight broke out between a youngsta and a bar man. Straight away chipmunk was rushed away by bodyguards and the premesis was evacuated. Allegedly the youth concernd with the incident was also carrying a knife.

I found out the next day that the person involved in the incident was a cousin of a past girl i knew (or boo as chev would put it). i found this very hilarious and not very surprising considerin the fam background.

All in all it was a good event despite the unfortunate ending. Next time look out for a review of a forthcoming Carnival real soon.
