A re-cap post

I realised i ent posted on tha blog for a while so decided to do a lil catch up post on wat i've been up to of late.

Firstly i will like to show some late condolences to the family and friends of Dimitri Foskin. I first heard this news about what happened round my area from my unlce, who being the considerate person he is, told me to be extra careful when going out, n i replied with "its ok, i'm used to it". It later dawned on me, why am i used to this? Criminal acts and murders are not something that people shud be "used" to.

I jus find the thought worrying that the acceptance levels of what happens on our streets have plummetted in such a way that we see these types of behaviour as normal regular occurances. And also to think that this is the world we are also ushering the new younger generation into, do they really deserve this? I urge those of you who may read this to please think before you act, the consequences of your actions may amount to more than u may realise at first.

Ok now on a lighter note there have been a couple jams around the place, main one of which was a soul night at Panama in Brum city centre. Most of the keepin it current team were attending the Leeds Carnival this night leaving me dashing last minute to find some1 to jump down there with. It was a family done promotion so prices on the door were cut for yours truly, which added to my eagerness to attend. A few calls later things were not lookin good , with a lot of people attending uni this yr the price of a nite out in a club was a bit much n i could not get the same cut prices for others (family only deal).

So my next attempt was to call a girl to go with n with this i had two choices, either try the reliable girl hu i kno will go out cuz she alredy sed she wanted to see me, or do i take a gamble on sum1 hu is not the nightlife kinda person but still might find it fun...........well i chose a gamble n lost lol. once again prices got in my way due to university attendance. Even though i dint go i heard some very good reviews from the fam, the likes of Jill scott, Alicia Keys, Musiq Soulchild and many more of ur favourite soul artists were on play all nite to some real chilled vibes. The lesson of this story is always pick the reliable girl lol

My last section is about my trip to worcester and my preperation for university. Sometime last week i took a trip down Worcester to take a look at where i'm gonna be living for the next few years. I gotta say right off the bat i am really excited with wat i saw. Worcester really is a beautiful city and extremely friendly. As u would expect from a smaller city it does seem quite the bit quieter but i always said i was looking for a different pace and worcester provides that without loosing the big city exploits such as night-clubs and your major shopping stores. Only got a couple pics cuz i'm still optin out for a proper camera:

So yh thats basically wat i bin doin, other than a few lil outings jus to see ppl n fam dats about it. Only thing i got left to do b4 uni time is get a laptop i fink n den i'm all done. Already had a lil txt convo wiv Ant B bout wats goin on so the futures lookin gd. Neways soz for the longer dan expected post, tried to cut it as short as possible lol. As always;
